Session starts at 10:00 am

Session 2:

Special events gala notes

Hi Folks,

The schedule for the special events gala next Saturday (30th March) is as follows:

11:30am – 11:55 noon Warm up

Start 12 noon :

1 – 4 x 200 m freestyle (2 heats max)

2 – 800 meters freestyle (3 heats max)

The outside lanes (1 + 10) will be available for warm up and cool down at all times.

We have to be finished by 1:30 at the latest but that is not looking like a concern.

It would be helpful if participants could help out with the time keeping or if travelling as a team, bring some recruits.

A psych sheet will be published after entries close on Thursday.

The first day of Spring . . .

. . . brings us the national long course open in Limerick university.

In order to heighten everyone’s excitement, the new points grades for the masters points calculator have been rolled out. That means the 2019 points are now on the points calculator over on the decathlon page.

Masters Decathlon

Finally, if it’s not too late for you to change your mind the coaches clinic in UL on Sunday is still enrolling. If you’re at a loose end in Limerick on Sunday, you could do worse than picking up some professional coaching tuition for 50€.

Masters Coach Conference
