The Master’s Committee have organised a coaches clinic with Swim Ireland High Performance coach Lars Humer who is based in the University of Limerick. Lars is a coach with a proven track record and we are grateful to him that he has agreed to take this clinic for us. This clinic is recommended for coaches working with masters swimmers. Masters swimmers with an interest in the topics on offer are also welcome to attend.
